I offer business and legal document services to individuals in metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri. I assist individuals who are not familiar with legal terminology, who do not have the tools to create legal documents, and who are unfamiliar with the rules of the courts, its filing procedures, and docketing system.
I create and file documents on behalf of the client, keep the client updated on the status of the matter as communication is received or communicated, and track the matter for status updates weekly or bi-weekly until the matter is settled or resolved. I do not provide legal advice!
Additionally, I draft simple wills (married, single, and joint), power of attorneys (all forms), and living wills. I draft business forms and documents. If you were to become incapacitated or die today, are your business documents in order and in safekeeping with your executor or representative, or will your family have to go through probate court to receive your assets upon your death?
I provide notarization to clients and handle any necessary administrative details.
