We hired Ryan for a dinner party for 7 couple friends last week. His communication prior to the dinner was excellent. He sent a large sample of menus to choose from and what he would provide in terms of table ware. He has everything you would need. He arrived on the evening of the event exactly when he said he would and immediately went to work. He knows exactly what he is doing and went right to work. We had a slight snafu with the cocktail we made and he quickly helped out to troubleshoot and made us some simple syrup to add to the drink which saved the drink! He is an absolute pro. The guests loved everything- from salad to dessert. It was all delicious and amazing!! Do not hesitate to hire Ryan- he is a fantastic chef and i would definitely hire him again Our friends all took his card and the dinner was a huge success. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful evening and perfectly executed dinner prepared by Chef Ryan! It was an evening of great conversation with longtime friends which had been planned well in advance and kept secret until the day of the event. With everyone dressed to the nines, the hostesses informed the ladies to kick their shoes off and prepare for an evening of lavish flavors. The ladies were WOWED over the night’s festivities! And the meal, awesome! They loved how the menu Chef Ryan had created fused the essences and exploded on the palate. Every course was delicious and the presentation was 5 star stellar! Not only will we have Chef Ryan come back, but we highly recommend his service to those who appreciate outstanding professionalism and care of food preparation. Hats off to you, Chef Ryan!

We had an amazing experience with Ryan. My wife and I just had a baby so we were not able to go out to celebrate Valentines Day. We hired Ryan to cook for us to have an in home date night. Ryan was great to work with and was receptive to our menu requests. During the dinner, he was extremely personable and patient as we took breaks to care for our baby. The food was amazing (my wife said it was the best sea bass she's ever had) and he left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. With Ryan, you definitely get what you pay for. The meal and service was worth every penny. Thanks for giving two tired parents a memorable evening!

I hired Chef Ryan for a Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife and we had a fantastic time. We had a grilled octopus appetizer, an entree featuring duck confit with homemade gnocchi, and a caramel crème brûlée for dessert. We also asked chef to pair the meal with some craft cocktails that, and they were fantastic! We will definitely hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a default - I’m probably not the cheapest and prefer working with high-end ingredients. . . But I am also very proficient in budget planning and have had tons of experience creatively bridging the gaps between what my clients would like and what their budgets will allow. I will always give you a straight and honest answer. Just ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know as much as possible about my clients. What they prefer, but more importantly what they do not care for. I really like repeat clients with whom I know preferences well. I always want to create an experience that will not be forgotten
