Introduction: Hello! My name is Cooper Rowe, and I own New Leaf Move Management Solutions with my partner Chad Caro. We are a full-scope Move Management and Professional Organizing company. We like to say we do everything but drive the truck! We pack, unpack, downsize, organize, floor plan, home set-up and sort through items with you to decide whether to sell, donate, keep, or trash. We also completely take care of the coordination of service providers such as movers, cleaners, handymen, and anything else you might need! We always keep our customers in mind and make sure to provide a quality service uniquely designed to fit each and every client's needs and wants. We can help you downsize and prepare for a move months out or if you are in a hurry we can get it done in a couple of days! Move Management services are $120/hr but that includes two move managers. This is for safety and to get the job done timely and correctly.

Cooper was quick to respond to my messages when booking. He and Chad were completely attentive to what I needed done. They turned piles of chaos in my storage room and garage into a neat arrangement that I can deal with. They sorted through all of it and made decisions about whether to keep, donate or throw away the items. They worked 6 hours without stopping, not wasting any time and left my property neat and clean.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Cooper & Chad! They're truly amazing people who genuinely CARE and their work reflects both of those things about them. Due to unforseen circumstances we had a quick but massive move....finding them was the best thing that could of happened. Not only are they thorough, thoughtful, and careful in their work/tasks - but became part of our fam! They were there every step making sure everything was taken care of while laughing and celebrating with us when completed!! These guys are absolutely phenomenal and will be working with for years to come! Ps (definitely animal friendly as well)!!

Cooper & Chad are Angels! I can't say enough about them and how easy they are making my move for me. I'm moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a three bedroom townhome. The whole process has stressed me out, not to mention overwhelming. I am so grateful to them for taking care of my belongings. They are careful and very respectful. Cooper and Chad are professional and friendly. They accomplished a lot more than regular movers. Well planned and organized when they work. They are also very easy to work with. I will certainly have them when I move from here.

I have moved 8 times in 12 years. This is the most professional team that I've worked with. Cooper and Chad made the move very stress-free, handling our belongings quietly, efficiently and quickly. Nothing got damaged, (a first) and they had us moved into our new place very quickly. We would definitely use them again!
