FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work by the hour but require a three hour minimum in a home or business. A three hour minimum session is just $207 with one organizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session, we'll have you show your organizer the area you're wanting help with. If you're looking for help with multiple areas, your organizer may benefit from seeing your whole home or office to get an idea of alternate storage options and to get to know your style, personality and habits. Next, we get started sorting the space we mutually decide to start on. While we sort through your space, we get ideas for the kind of personalized system that will work best for you and anyone else sharing that space. After everything is sorted, we'll clear out items that don't belong in that space (donations put into our car or yours, trash taken out and items that belong elsewhere are taken to where they belong.) Lastly, we'll implement a new system so the space can be easily maintained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Human Services and a graduate certificate in professional counseling. My background in counseling has helped me develop a person-centered, rather than stuff centered, approach to bringing order and peace to people's spaces. This allows our clients to feel supported and understood as we develop personalized systems for their home. Additionally, this approach also help us design systems that take your personality, tendencies and habits into account so that they last and can be easily maintained without us.
