Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You can spend a lot of time blindly seeking out studios that may or may not fit your profile. In the interest of saving money you may forego quality and precious time. You don't have to worry about producers gouging you because their compensation is agreed upon first when you make your budget. The finished product is also a reflection of the producers work.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. When you feel like you have the music together and you feel like you have a realistic budget then give me a call or an email.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am passionate about the finished product because I'm passionate about music. I have a vested interest in creating something incredible because I believe its a reflection of your character. I believe in being fair and treating people with the respect they deserve.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. You never know what amazing music you'll get to hear and what incredible opportunities will come your way.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Is a producer really necessary? Well if you want to be taken seriously with your recording and m
most importantly if you don't want to be taken advantage of.
Aren't producers really expensive? The point of using a producer initially is to help establish a budget and an efficient way to utilize that budget. Producer compensation falls in line with that budget so it all makes fiscal sense.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Trust your producer and engineers when they give you advice on how to make something sound better. Chances are they know what they are doing. I've seen so many musicians go into the studio and pretend like they know how to do the job of a audio engineer. Its not a live show at a bar. The studio is a highly technical environment.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Compensation is usually based upon 10-20% of the initial budget. This is always negotiable before contract.
