- What types of customers have you worked with?
What I do is improve your quality of life. We work out movements that will mimic your day to day routine. Crossfit style work outs are also not just for anyone. They're for the dedicated and determined. That's all I need from you is the willingness and the desire to do better. We will do everything from push ups to squats to weighted exercises, and even running. The best part is, after instruction I will do the work outs with you. This way you're not alone, and instead of feeling overwhelmed and dominated, you feel supported and encouraged.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is that many gyms don't have proper supervision, and the owners and trainers are training usually more than 5 people at a time. This allows for a lot of injury within different types of movements and vigorous work outs. Having a one on one trainer that can train you the same way, for a better price and same results, can be much more beneficial to the customer. Afterall, it is all about YOU!
