- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our pricing on product is the same as you can find it somewhere else and our hourly rate is $90.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet new customers at the job site and look things over. We talk through ideas and try to make sure we understand what our customer is wanting to achieve in the end. We will put together an estimate based on that conversation and follow up in a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with a multitude of vendors and have many years of experience.
