- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the market, as well as insurance costs, equipment/supplies, drive time, labor, and fuel. I do provide discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak over the phone/text, then usually meet in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I worked for the school district we did Osha training, so I'm aware of the chemicals that can and can't be used together, as well as work hazards. I have applied everything I've learned throughout the years to my business.
