Mr Smith does quality work! He is someone you can tell what you want done and it will be done right. You dont have to babysit him. If he see's something diffrent or off from what you are paying him for! He will tell you and show you! I love this about him! He also will brainstorm the best lowest priced way to fix it! A+++
