Bodies by Brad and Jen is KC's largest private personal training studio. We are located in Lee's Summit, and have been helping clients achieve fitness goals of all sizes.

It doesn't matter if you're looking to achieve weight loss, muscle gain, health, sports performance, or anything else you've been dreaming of. We can help you get there.

We empower clients to make lifestyle changes that get them to their goal and allow them to maintain it. We do this by educating and encouraging our clients every time they meet with us.

We offer the complete package, which includes nutrition, strength training, cardio training, and supplement and lifestyle recommendations necessary to reach your unique fitness goal.

Our personal training can be one-on-one, tandem, partner, or small group. We can also build class to suit your needs. Bootcamp, yoga, piliates, etc.

    The trainers at Bodies by Brad and Jen definitely know their stuff. They all have different areas of expertise which is a key component to getting you on your way to success. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, running endurance, figure/body building competitions, accountability with your workouts, or you just need a good booty-kicking workout; the trainers will work alongside you ensuring you reach your goals. The facility has a great set-up too. They have done an awesome job creating a “family-like” environment with their clients. Everything from nutritional counseling, individualized workouts, cardio recommendations, accountability, etc. is included when you train with these guys. I can’t say enough good things about what is going on in that studio. I highly recommend you partner with them as you begin (or continue) reaching whatever fitness goals you have! Did I mention the training there is VERY affordable compared to other personal training?!?

A. Weight Loss - Muscle Gain - Sports (even hobby / weekend) Enhancement - Health and Well-Being

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Personal Training is just that -"Personal" so make sure you pick someone you trust and are comfortable with through some very tuff times.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Getting in shape and having the body you want is NOT as hard as you think or possible people have made you think. It's just about a little disicpline and being more active.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Nothing come to us as you are - but ready to work.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We care about our clients and always see them through to their goal. We never over-inflate our session cost and always deliver our absolute best!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Aside from wearing shorts to work and getting paid to make people sweat!? ;-) Helping people has to be the most rewarding thing you can do!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much do you charge? Or How do I lose my gut?
Less than half our competitors. & Diet until the body fat is gone!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Clients losing over 2,500 lbs to date is my favorite story!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We are a Christ first business!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I've always loved working with people so computers were out - helping people learn something I love (working out) was in!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Helped a husband and wife cure their type-2 Diabetes and get off medication.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Constantly improving my understanding of the sience of the human body and taking any certifications I can to stay on the cutting edge of the fitness world.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. As much as health and fitness magazines would lead you to believe there's no magic exercise, drug or program. You just need to eat right and exercise period.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We expanded into our Studio May 1st from our in-home setup.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Make sure you LOVE what you're doing. It can be so reward and so taxing all at the same time.

A. What does your ideal client look like?
Our ideal client doesn't have a "look". We've worked with every bodytype and background. As long as a client is dedication, determined and disciplined they can reach their goals. We love working with clients that are willing to work to achieve their goals. Our personal training studio is compromised of all different types and shapes and we love all the different Bodies! ;-)

A. What do you do to give back to the community?
We give back in so many ways but the biggest would be our consant support of local runs supporting all kinds of local charites. We even put on our own run call the Halloween Hustle in Oct to benifit Harvestors and WE-CAN. WE-CAN is a program we're affilated with at our studio the focus on "Ways to Enhance Children's Activity and Nutrition."

A. Do you have Group Exercise Classes? If so what..?
We offer several group exercise classes. We have Piloxing, Bootcamp, Zumba, Dance, Yoga, Pilates and more! We are always adding to our schedule so check back often to stay up to date.
