I follow numerous sites, blogs and forums on video technologies and trends. I'm always researching new styles and aesthetics, as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I normally shoot and edit product videos and demonstrations, music videos, family footage, short films and more.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had to create a 'sizzle reel' to play on a big-screen projector before a music act. The client gave me dozens of videos, graphics and songs to piece into a 30 minute long countdown to the concert. It was a balancing act of seamlessly editing varying file types, keeping the time perfect for introducing minutes on the countdown, rearranging and splitting apart interviews, and more. I took these dozens of videos and edited them into something that was stylistically whole. It was grueling, but I made a comprehensive and polished cut with which the client was happy.
