- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There isn't a standard pricing system other than it's based on the requirements of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with asking questions that will allow for an understanding of your branding, products, services and target market. Once that is out of the way we work on developing a plan that will deliver according to your needs and all the while keeping cost in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree in Information Technology. I've been in the industry since 1983 and got started working on IBM mainframes in the U.S. Army. I currently teach classes every week at Rasmussen College to help other business owners in their marketing efforts.
