Reasons to convert to DVD:
* no degrading - DVD's will not diminish in quality, whereas a VHS tape will start to lose quality over time and the more it's played.
* reliability - VHS tapes have a habit of getting binded, torn, or broken, with repeated use. DVD's are a more reliable media and have a longer shelf life.
* making copies - DVD's are a snap to make copies of, usually no longer than ten or fifteen minutes. A VHS tape can take hours to make one single copy.
* convenience - DVD's do not have to be rewound or fast forwarded. We offer onscreen menus on our DVD's, where it makes jumping to a particular scene fast and easy.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common jobs I get in JB's Media Transfer is VHS to DVD conversations. VHS tapes were all the rage for over 20 years and there are numerous amounts that still needs converting. Another common job I get is video slideshows, this covers many bases because of the customization you can incorporate to fit the person needs/wants.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I think my work stands out from others because of my intense precision and great work ethic. I have had numerous satisfied customers and many repeat customers. This reassures me that I am executing my services the correct way and will continue to make this impact as long as I am in business.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The single best thing I like about my job is seeing the joy come from my customers faces when I finish a project for them, this is why I started my business to begin with. I stride to make this impact to the best of my knowledge and give the customer the best possible product.

A. The number one thing I want customers to know about me is trust. I take tremendous pride in the work I do, not only for my satisfaction but more so the customers satisfaction, and that's everything to me. I know it can be uneasy to put your memories in the hands of someone you don't know, but I promise to take the time, dedication, and respect to every piece of media that I come across. I only have one goal and that is to make the customer happy. My knowledgeable sense ensures quality of each service I deliver. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It was always a dream of mine to start a business one day and become successful. Creating, editing, and producing is something I have always enjoyed growing up. There's no greater satisfaction than seeing another persons reaction after you have made something for them that they will cherish for the rest of their life, its priceless, what a feeling. I remember when my sister got married, she requested that I make a picture slide show of all their old photos and a father/daughter dance video. I was honored to take part and contribute for something everyone would be feasting their eyes on. After the ceremony you could see the tears and joy running down everyone's faces. It's something I will remember and embrace for the rest of my life. The enjoyment of seeing other people happy is the best feeling of all and I strive to make the same impact to my customers.
