Came out to look at project but was never given quote. Contacted him a few times was told he was working on it in November. We are in January still no quote just wasted my time.

I sent you your estimate on December 6th. My program shows you opened it on December 6th. You have had your quote for over a month. You have never responded. My time is the time that's been waisted.
#1 - I had to pay for you contact info from thumbtack.
#2 - It took time to come to your house

#4 - I spent time writing your estimate.
#5 - Now I'm spending time writing this.
