A. We've done events of various sizes and themes, but no matter the size, everyone has a great time. Today's photo booths are a great choice for for most events. They are familiar to most guests as they've been around for a long time, and the technology is attractive to younger crowds. The booth seems to keep the crowd active even with things are winding down.
A. Outside of checking referrals and comparing prices, check out the booth in person prior to committing. Most events are usually far enough out that you should take the opportunity to see the differences in person. Our booths are spacious, and with audio and visual prompts, are easy for your guest to use.
A. You want to get your money's worth for the time you've paid, this means getting as many guests to use the booth during the time you've paid for. Most quality booths will produce the prints in about 15 seconds after the photo session in either dye sublimation or HD quality inkjet formats, both of which are moisture and fade resistant.
A. Be sure to ask if there are setup or travel fees, which depending on the location, there could be. Just be sure to verify what they are. Review the contract prior to signing and make sure you get a copy. Also ask if they can provide proof of insurance. Some venues ask for an insurance certificate from your vendors, you don't want to lose your entertainment at the last moment if they can't provide this.
A. An approximate number of attendees for your event, appropriate amount of space to accommodate a booth, and the date of your event would be a good start. The minimum required space for most booths would be 5' x 7', but 8' x 8' or more would be ideal to allow for traffic and/or a guest book and prop table if desired.
