Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't compare product if your looking for something that has to be proffesionally installed, instead compare installers and experience.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We receive an unumerable amount of calls for remote start quotes. To acurately price an engine starter we need to know the exact make model and year of the vehicle.
This the reason why we don't quote remote start jobs thru email, there are to many variables.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The best way to answer this question is simply by talking to us, you will be able to tell after one phone call that we truly care about our customers and try our best to address all concerns in a professional manor with respect. We know that to most people there vehicle is a significant investment and we want you to feel confident about your purchase and with us. We don't believe in bashing our competitors other than to say it is difficult to find qualified installers in most instances at chain stores.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. My name is Matt, i'm the lead tech here, i think what i like most about my job is simply having the abbility to perform at a level that is considered exceptional in this industry and be told repeatedly time and time again how happy the customer was with the price and the finished install. Rather than dreading work in the morning , i love what i do and look forward to it.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish all customers knew that in this proffesion there is no rules, unfortunately some businesses lie and deceive to make sales. When they do this it causes distrust and makes our job more difficult since we don't have business practices like those.
