I had a horrible experience with chris from jovian we paid are deposit to lock in the date and then part of the money on the wedding day and still no pictures after being told 3-5 weeks for them my wedding was in october he wont return phone calls,emails or even reply to the bbb . Im so upset more because i trusted him and now i have no pictures of my wedding day.my husband and I are not the only ones he has done this to be careful out there check the bbb before you use someone and choose someone else then him!
