Introduction: I became a business consultant to help companies transform their current HR/payroll infrastructure to give my clients more control and confidence that their data on their most expensive asset, their employees, is accurate and implemented to create organizational efficiency. It is often difficult for the existing staff to successfully implement a solution such as payroll/HR/benefits admin, etc. when they still have the responsibilities of their current job which is often unrelated in terms of transferable skills.
