IronBrick Training is a coaching service designed to build strength and confidence in athletes as they strive to achieve a substantial goal such as participating at an iron distance triathlon.

All IronBrick employees are 100% dedicated to providing all the tools a new or experienced athlete needs to achieve their individual goals. We focus on mental, as well as physical preparation to prepare each client/athlete in facing the variety of challenges presented to them during whatever race distance they undertake.

A. Interview your potential coach....what you are entering is a relationship...you must be able to communicate with this person easily and honestly.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There is no magic bullet to achieving fitness, Be Realistic with yourself and your expectations. If you cannot be realistic with yourself, you may be predicting failure.
