- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes from time to time to stay in the loop. To tighten up my skills and learn new techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cooking but I put off going to school for 23 yrs. One day I just got fed up with jobs that led to no where and made up my mind that it was time to do something. I immediately enrolled in school and I have been loving it every since. Cooking / Catering is my life.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did an Grand Opening / Ribbon Cutting. This event went off without a hitch. We served about 150 people over the course of 4 hours. Everything that the customer wanted was provided and I even threw in a couple extra dishes just because. I wanted my customer to be happy because this was a grand opening and he was. I had so much fun.
