Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Before you call anyone to fix your technology, first try turning it off and on again. If that doesn't work, try searching for an easy answer to your problem on Google. If the first two tries fail, it's time to call me or someone else you trust.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The work I do is fast and complete and comes with a full guarantee. Computers are a passion for me, so I put everything I have into the work I do with them.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love delving into computer innards to find the source of the problem, or solving complex problems in an OS. There is nothing better than a feeling of problem solving success.

I've been working and problem solving with computers since I was a young boy. I taught myself how to program and have kept up with all the latest advances in technology since.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I recently was asked to figure out why a computer wouldn't start. I brought the computer to my office and after a bit of troubleshooting found that the power supply had been damaged. I found a low cost replacement on-line, received it a couple days later and had the computer repaired and back to the customer within a week.
