- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated as it is basically a flat rate for type of service. If we do service calls there would be an hourly charge with at least one hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently earned my COMPTIA A+ certification and am planning to go to ITT Tech. starting in June.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Technology has always made my heart beat a little faster. I have always loved to take things apart, read technical books, see how things worked and then fix broken things so this route just seemed natural.
