I work with my customers to keep my prices fair and even drop the price if the repair is not a major issue for the most they are ideal estimates and the total cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never make the customer feel rush and make sure the problem they're having is understood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Hickey College and graduate with a computer specialist cerification. Currently employ with worldwide tech sevices.
