FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most packages are all-inclusive but can go up or down based on the wants and needs of the customer. Occasions packages are full immersion events that will include activities that one does not normally do on a regular basis so naturally those packages will be considerably more expensive because the packages are being catered to specific experiences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak first by email or phone. For travel there is no need to meet but if it makes the customer feel more at ease we can meet in your home, office or public location. I do attend group meetings for group travel if needed. For brides, it starts off the same but I always go to the bride and continue phone and email contact. I am there to take the stress away and make my phone available after hours for your bridal and concierge needs. For Occasions, the hours of contact are more flexible as this will be a completely different experience. It is handled on a case by case basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
