Introduction: Hi, I'm Stephan, a Midwest native that calls St. Louis home. I developed a passion for food and hospitality being born and raised in rural Illinois where I was surrounded by fields and gardens full of food that made its way to the dinner table. To me, food has always represented togetherness and community. With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, there is not much I haven't done. From owning my own restaurant, catering weddings and events, extensive time in fine dining, the teaching of many culinary classes, endless in-home chef dinners, a 3 year personal meal prep service, as well as consulting for some of the top restaurants in the St. Louis and surrounding areas. My time in the hospitality industry has taught me to lead with integrity and always put my best food forward.
