Introduction: I have been working as a fitness professional for five years. My specialties include working with both athletes and non-athletes on balance, marathon training/running techniques, muscle building and weight loss. I enjoy working with anyone who has a fitness/health-related goal and is motivated to reach it. My focus is to teach you so that you are able to do the exercises even when you are not with me. I want you to feel empowered to help yourself live a well and fit lifestyle. As a collegiate athlete who has been through many different injuries, I can relate to clients of various physical interests, from the elite athlete to an individual working with an injury to a novice who is just beginning to take interest in exercise. I am a runner! My true passion for running started when I was in college. From preventing disease to losing weight and relieving stress, running truly is incredibly beneficial to the body, mind and spirit. Whether you are just beginning to run or you are a competitive runner wanting to increase your mile pace, I will set up the perfect, individualized strength training program to help you. Strength training will help you lose fat, increase endurance and most importantly, help to prevent injury.
