Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I, design customized one-on-one training programs and help motivate clients to exercise. I monitor fitness progress used by people who want to stay in shape or athletes. I recently worked at fitness centers, at country clubs, corporations, seniors’ homes, and other facilities. I can also access a client’s fitness and make recommendations on how to improve their fitness and which exercises are best. I ensure that the clients are using proper form when exercising and often encourage them to perform a workout that would exceed what they would do alone. I often work irregular hours since I must be available when clients need me . Often this includes working late evenings, holidays, and weekends when clients have spare time to exercise. 1. Although pricing is important, it is not the only factor to consider and you should never base your decision on just pricing alone. You want to choose a trainer who prides themselves in their quality of work and stands behind it with a guarantee. Communication and customer service are also very important. Do your research and read the reviews on a trainer. You can get a lot of information on a trainer and how they operate by hearing the experiences of past and current customers. Just remember, cheaper is NOT always better!
