Introduction: I am both self-taught and trained under several professionals in the food industry with a combined 21 years of experience. I am very flexible and willing to give lessons in home cooking, fine dining, as well as barbecue and baking. You will be happy to know I do Hispanic dishes, Italian dishes, and down home comfort foods. I do specialty cakes, pies, and desserts. Last but not the least, I can either make a menu with you to host a party, or I can cater for you. I love cooking and I look forward to cooking for and with you.
