- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on the project. I offer quick turn-around times at no extra cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Discuss client's ideas. -Client receives an immediate quote and completion date. -Several mock-ups/proofs are provided, per request of the client. (I want to make sure my clients are completely satisfied.) -Once the client makes a final decision, we discuss payment. -Once payment is received, artwork is sent directly to client.
