Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice would be to check for the licenses, bonding and insurance copies, to assure they are ligitimate business. In fact, always verify and/or interview them, and ask if you may have a copy for your files once agreed to hire them for a job or service.

Remember: to ask for a copy of their referels too, because you want to work with someone that others have worked with and have creditials to back them up.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A concerned consumer should ask, the potential Business Owner, if they are insured and bonded? They should also ask, how many years of experience do they have, and are your people trained and verified.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the customers, I love the idea that when we get to the job, it is incomplete and awaiting for our star studdiness to finish the job, especially when we bring in a stagger for resell of a home, or a turnover project. What a great feeling to know that you have made someones's day by just not giving them a clean building or home, but most of' an apperance with the effectiveness of the unseen and the unexpectiveness of a surprise, everytime.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always been orginally an Entreprenuer for almost 20 years, and when I went corporate, in the financial and inurance business, I loved the money, but hated the charge backs and all the lies and reputation that came along with it, until I realize that I can be my own boss even in that field as a broker. So before I decided to go solo in corporate I went back into the known of what I do best, cleaning and delegating and keeping others happy and satisfied with a great service, instead of thinking about dealth all the time.

I have been in the Construction world of this side for years, my family is full of it, my father was a carpenter.
