I had a decent sized house, maybe 2,500 sq ft. It was a move-out clean and boyyyy did it need it! I lived with 4 cats, 2 kiddos, a husband, & was often times the host of a handful of get togethers. Our basement was very good sized and porcelain tile that I found difficult to clean, but they cleaned it up very nicely! Even did my freezer - which I was dreading doing myself! Good price too!

I was very pleased with the booking process and clarity of the quote as well as the courtesy and professionalism of this company. There was an issue on my end (not On The Spot Cleans' fault in any way) on the original appointment date. On The Spot Cleans was very accommodating and pleasant and were able to reschedule the following day. Ciara arrived a few minutes early and was cordial, focused and thorough. She finished earlier than I expected.

I had a great experience! My original booking time was not available, but the owners contacted me almost instantly to arrange a substitute time, and when I contacted them with a question before my service, they replied yet again within a few minutes to answer. My service itself was good also. I don't think the bathtub even looked this good when I bought the house itself! Very pleased.
