- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A rule of thumb is you can plan to spend .75% - 3% on staging your home. Our standard pricing package includes: Livingroom, Diningroom, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Two Bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer for home staging is a simple process. Either the client calls us or the agent. 1. Receive a call or email for pricing. (You must tell us what type of property it is, your listing price, your timeframe) 2. We provide you an estimate. 3. We come out to preview the home. 4. We email over a contract and invoice. 5. We install the furniture. 6. The property gets sold. 7. We remove the furniture. We keep it simple and easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Interior Designers and both have degrees. One also has a realtors license. We are a member of RESA Realestate Staging Association.
