After bringing my laptop back to the place where I bought it--MicroCenter--and being told that NONE of their technicians could do the repair I needed, I got ahold of BoPag. I described the repair I needed done to Andrew, and he said he was pretty certain that they could do the repair. He was punctual on pick-up and delivery, and the repair took less time than I expected. Since having my laptop back, it is working better than ever. The icing on the cake was in addition to the repair, Andrew was able to fix a screen-flicker problem I was having at no extra charge (because it was just a loose cable). He was fair, honest, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Bopag for computer repairs.

I contracted a virus on my laptop that i use everyday. Andrew had me back to normal very quickly, he also took the time to explain to me what i can do to better protect myself so as not to get another one.

Andrew/BoPog has been providing service for me for the last two years successfully. I think as we all know if we have an issue with our computer when something goes wrong we immediately tend to get impatient. i can inform you that not only does Andrew have the knowledge to fix any problem, he has the highest level of integrity that i have seen in any business owner. I have referred him to several people. They have all been pleased with his price and his ability to take care of their computer needs. we are very happy with BOPAG . WE HAD OTHER SERVICES BUT WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THEM. WE WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM CALLING ON BOPAG AGAIN.

We have fixed prices for all work that we perform. In some rare cases, when a customer needs something very specific, we will work with them to determine what a fair pricing point would be.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Screen replacements and virus removals are the top two services that we perform. We're pretty good at them!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Ms. Turner was absolutely ecstatic when she was given her laptop back with a brand new and shiny screen installed. The laptop was originally given to us in a very poor condition (It was dropped from the top of a ladder). The LCD screen was completely shattered. Now, there's no way of telling that there was anything wrong with it to begin with!
