I really like the service from Specialty Gardens.Over the years I have been looking for the right company to take care of my hedges, that grow higher than my roses bushes. The trimming keeps my lovely roses blossoming in the sun just so how I love to see them, and I always get comments on how lovely my front of the house looks. It's a real eye catcher for my business clients too.

Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Make sure the location of your plants are correct. Poor placement can result in loss of the plant or tree. Placement is also important to not plant to close to the house, outside storm drains, or overhead wires.

Try to visualize how the plant or tree will look in five years or more in its location and how it will affect the area. Consider shading, sun, clean-up from leaf falls and maintenance.
