The owners of this company did an amazing job. They cleaned things I never even thought of (sorry for them). My house smells of lavender and orange even after coming home a few hours later. Everything was dusted, they finished my laundry and made all my beds! I felt like i came to a clean hotel room! I feel like I underpaid them, and will continue to use them on a regular basis. If your every looking for a reasonable cleaning company go with them! If your looking for cheap then you can go with a merry maid type company where you won't be sure of what your going to get. These girls were down on their hands and knees handwashing my baseboards and floors!

Purchased this for my daughters home as a gift. I had other bids that were MUCH less but I chose Sunshine Cleaning because of the extensive list of things that would be done for deep cleaning and I absolutely wanted the best job. My daughter called with an extremely disappointing list of items that were just not done at all or were poorly done. But on the flip side, Sunshine did other cleaning in the house that was great. The stove and fridge were "outstanding" and spotless. My daughter called Trisha immediately to bring to her attention the problem. Trisha did offer to come back and remedy the problems. My daughter had NO time in her very busy work schedule to allow them the time to come back within the time frame Trisha wanted. I spoke with Trisha myself to ask what she could do to remedy the problem. It was a dismal response. So in conclusion, Trisha said she had 3 people at my daughters house to clean 7 room (2 bdrms - 3rd bdrm not necessary, 2 baths, small kitchen, living/dining combo and family room) and according to Trisha they were there 4 hours cleaning. So you do the math, either they were very thorough and the house would have looked like Mr. Clean just left or they just did not do a good job, the latter is true. In all the years I've had a cleaning lady for my house (a bit smaller than my daughters) my cleaning lady did everything on Trisha's list other than clean fridge and behind stove she busted butt and had my house done in 3 1/2 hours. That same cleaning lady does my neighbors home the same size as my daughters house in 4 hours and the kicker is, we only pay her $60.00 for the whole job. I certainly wish I had chose another service but its done now. I believe Sunshine is capable of doing a good job, I just recommend you go over everything "BEFORE" they leave or take the lower bid and if they don't do a great job at least you won't be out double the money.
