- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a cleaning service for your home you have to be able to trust them. Check 3 or 4 references of the company or person you are thinking about hiring. Ask good questions like what happens if something gets broken? Who do I call if something is missing? What is your policy on cancellations? Who has my keys and alarm system pass codes & how are they kept safe? Do you offer 100% satisfaction? I would also ask for a picture of the cleaning persons that enter your home just in case you need to show them to the police later.
