Introduction: Dana is probably the only ice-hockey-playing and equestrian makeup artist you know! She has always been a juxtaposition of skates, saddles, and eye shadows. In college, Dana was afforded the opportunity to explore her passion for makeup. Sorority sisters would often ask her if she could "do what she did to you" to them for formal events. After college, she continued to bring looks to fruition on friends and family members and strove to begin a professional career in the industry. Dana began working at MAC Cosmetics in 2010. Her favorite aspect of working there, besides being surrounded by amazing products all day, was spending time bringing customers' visions to reality. Dana realized this is what she wanted to solely focus on and began working as a solo artist in 2009 and also with Blend Make-up Artistry in 2011. Dana excels at taking time to understand her clients' vision before beginning the makeup process. Being a part of a special occasion is something she never takes for granted. She will happily tell you, "Clients trust me to be a part of their special day, whatever the occasion, and for that, I am humbled, honored, and very lucky".
