If personal training is what you seek, I can also take assist in that manner. I provide personal training at the privacy of your home. Don't you have equipment? Don't worry; I bring enough to get you sweating and provide a great workout! My clients enjoy my many years of expertise that I bring to the "table", the stretching program that I provide and the helpful advice in counteracting trouble issues, etc.
