- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our donations are based on the ability to pay; If a student cannot afford to take lesson we will give them free; At this time the min donation amount is $10:00 with enrollment in the Music N' 44 Soul Program. Your income cannot exceed $50,000.00 Private lesson are $20.00 45 min per session. If you like more time you can option the $30.00 per 60 minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Passion is the main requirement. There are many people who would really enjoy and want to learn to play the piano, but along the way they lose their love for the instrument or get frustrated with the process. When I start with a student. I like to see and hear first hand from them their ultimate goal and what they wish to achieve from the lessons. Special need students are always a joy to work with. And that was one of my main focus when stating the program. If a student or family make less than $50,000.00 annually they may qualify for free lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started playing the piano at around 10 years old. I attend the Saint Louis Community Music school, which later changed the name to CASA. I played music by ear and began my site reading during that time. My second instrument was the flute which I started to play in grade school. I performed in the middle school marching band. From high school I attended Webster college for two years and then return additional studies at Forrest Park Community college. During my professional year i stayed active in music with producing and songwriting.
