I am a STL rehabber. Barry was an employee of mine for a decade as a carpenter before he obtained his master's in painting from Fontbonne U. Barry now teaches part-time at Meramec JC. Barry can build anything your are capable of describing to him. Barry is reliable, personable and honest.

I have used Barry on several jobs in my home from "oh crap I flushed a rag down my toilet", to removing a shower stall in by home, removing, replacing drywall and re-tucking my basement, small electrical, to the more complex of rebuilding my 2nd story porrch roof. He has been always respectful of my space, care for my home and property and upfront about cost. Be not afraid of hiring this man. A good person, knowlegeable and honest.

Barry is amazing craftsman. Barry and his crew built a new bathroom and shower room in our last house. The results were stunning to say the least, everything was first class, the fixtures and the craftsmanship. Barry also did roof work, carpentry and trim. I can in all honestly give my highest recommendation. David

I would like to reverse the negative review I gave Mr. Barry Sullivan a few days ago.
He explained the delay of providing my bid was that he got so busy on a big job that my small project just slipped his mind. He did, however, earn the advance paid for the proposal. I give him 3 stars instead of 1.

Al's project never really slipped my mind. I just got overwhelmed with a project for a new restaurant with an opening deadline which came up suddenly (the day I talked to Al, in fact) and had me going 14 hours a day, seven days a week for over a month. When I did get the estimate to Al he told me it exceeded his expectations. But I suppose the review is fair. He did experience a delay, and it certainly wasn't any fault of his.
