Introduction: I value solutions for homeowners and landlords. Most home problems should be relatively cheap to repair, but they tend to cost more than necessary as we bring in over-qualified professionals to fix minor items. I am a landlord and a homeowner myself, and have done work for other landlords as well. I love to invest in preventative services (i.e., caulking, painting, etc.), and when items around the home break, I can usually provide a lower cost solution than you would find elsewhere.
