- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the 8th grade, my parents sent me off to an unfamiliar all boys private school for a single year. I had no friends and was bullied on a daily basis. When I say bullied, I mean tormented. Needless to say, it was the worst experience of my life. For an entire year, I knew what it felt like to be in a helpless situation. I think this is the feeling most injured people have when the insurance company bullies them. I now have the power to stop the bullying that I once couldn't stop.
