Introduction: Functional Training is designed to help make everyday tasks easier.
Training with Jim is simple; you come in and are assessed. Following a general assessment, you will take part in a strategy session. During a strategy session, goals, triggers, and habits will be discussed in some detail. Based on all these, Jim will program a personal functional strength program to get you started toward your goals!
Training includes the following:
* Private (one-on-one)
* Semiprivate (two-on-one)
* Small group (three- to five-on-one)
