From body type to personality type, I make the most of our time together by investing in research in our time apart I love the learning aspect- not just for myself and my nerdy needs, but watching someone learn the mechanics of their body is a beautiful thing, But the best- the absolute best- is when one of my clients has a first. First full push-up. First mile jogged. First time in a certain size. I love the realization that good things can happen for our health when we apply knowledge and effort.

It's great working with Tracy. She is easy to get in touch with, very flexible and is always on time. She is great for me because she pushes me when I feel like stopping, but when the workout is done, I'm very glad she did. She helps me get the most out of my workouts!
