- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 per hour for 1 to 2 hours per week $35 per hour for 3 hours per week Half hour sessions available at $ 25 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a movement assessment to determine limitations in mobility caused by range of motion or neurological inadaptivity. I then develop a specific protocol for shoring up those inefficiencies and muscular imbalances (most of which cause our little aches and chronic pains) and helping to improve overall adaptiveness, reflex, strength, speed, mental clarity and balance while working consistently toward your goals, with check in every 30 days to measure up and ensure we're still on track. Training programs will be adjusted based on results on a monthly basis.
