Ray contacted me several times regarding the piano move. He kept me informed during the entire process. Pick up of piano was efficient and professional. Delivery went just as well. Highly recommend Piano Factory STL, service was reasonably priced but could not have been better at any price.

We had a very out of tune piano. One of the new year's goals was to learn to play again so we called Ray. He was very easy to work with and the piano has never sounded better! High recommend

Ray was able to quickly resolve a complicated problem that our previous piano tuner had tried and failed to fix (a malfunctioning sostenuto pedal that was causing notes to keep sounding after the key was released). He responded promptly to my appointment request, and was able to come out the very next business day. Moreover, his prices are extremely reasonable compared to the competition. We'll definitely turn to him for our future tunings, and would recommend him to anyone.
