- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When giving a quote on Thumbtack, there are so many different types of windows, that it is hard to give a exact price on windows, with out talking in person ether on site or by phone to get more details on the windows. I will come to your house or business and give you a free and exact price before any work is preformed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact i come by and give a free exact price on the work to be preformed. If it is ok to walk around the outside of the home or business I can do this anytime , or we can set a appointment up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1986 I started cleaning windows for a union window cleaning company doing hi rise & residential window cleaning, until I started Gateway Window Cleaning in 2007
