After our tenant/buyers move in, we work with lenders to get them seasoned, so they can qualify for a new loan and then buy the property. These give us a very large pool of buyers who make great customers and allow us to buy and sell very quickly. We also work with sellers who are upside down in their mortgages, need to relocate or in foreclosure and who simply cannot afford a wait-and-see attitude but need to work with a proactive direct buyer right now! We make our properties available to cash investors who want to grow their real estate portfolios, landlords who invest in rental properties and private lenders who expedite the process.
