Introduction: A picture's worth a thousand words! I want to help sell your property — for free! Here's what I can do for you today: • Snap a picture of your property with a professional camera and lighting equipment • Process that photo and upload it (along with a description of the property) to my site All you have to do is put my link in your Craigslist ad. Anyone who clicks this link goes directly to your gallery on my site; anyone who clicks on the photo of your property will go directly to your email. No strings attached! If you are content with this 1 picture and decide you don't want anymore, I'll leave the picture of your property on my site free of charge! But I'm sure that once you see how beautiful your home looks on my site that you will want more pictures. To really stand out from the competition, you don't need good pictures; you need great pictures. You will also need a compelling, well-written paragraph or two describing your property. I can help with that, too. I won't simply snap a picture of your property and upload it to my web page; I will carefully and lovingly touch up that picture because that picture is going to sell your home and get it off the market. And that picture will be on my site within 24 hours from the time I take it. I also get those pictures up on all the major search engines, such as Google, Alta Vista, and Firefox. All these services are at rates tailored for any budget. • Basic home shoot (up to 1,600 sq. ft.) — $50.00 within city limits; $65.00 within 40 miles (round trip) of the city • 1,700 to 3,000 sq. ft. — $75.00 within city limits; $80.00 within 40 miles (round trip) of the city • 3,100 to 4,500 sq. ft. — $85.00; anything larger than this would be open to negotiation I accept cash, PayPal, and all major credit cards. So, who needs an agent? Call me and let's sell that property today! J.O. Booker

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Real estate photos for properties that are sold by their owners

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any customer looking to hire a real estate photographer should require some proof of his/her ability. I'd recommend an exterior shot of my property as a way to assess photographer's ability to deliver on what they advertise. I would also require the photographer to offer an opt out of our agreement if I, the customer, am not satisfied with his/ her work.
