Introduction: I have worked in the "housing industry" for over 15 years and started as a hostess, selling new homes for some of the areas' biggest builders. I have always multitasked, from selling new construction and making color selections for the new home to customer service and property management for a 312-condominium community, where I had been onboarded since the infancy stage of land development (as an assistant to the developer) meeting with area contractors and taking bids for the commercial development, from working with the title company to disbursing large sums of money to the contractors -- meeting all Missouri real estate laws. I have done construction cleaning, have worked as an on-site liaison between the homeowner, the builder and the one representing the property management firm, taking complaints, making work orders to maintain high property values. I'm working with the homeowner association to keep a budget and working as an office manager and as assistant to a broker salesperson.
